CEO / President
Peter Anthony Chiodo (“Tony”) is the CEO and President of Soul and Vibe Interactive Inc. He has 25+ years experience in the video and computer games industry as an award-winning Director of Product Development, Game Designer, and Producer of games, interactive storybooks, and digitally-distributed music for consoles, mobile devices, PC/Mac, augmented reality ("AR") / virtual reality ("VR"), and social media platforms. He has launched 230+ video and computer game skus over the course of his career. Mr. Chiodo holds an MBA from the University of Utah’s David Eccles School of Business (1998).
Mr. Chiodo has extensive experience leading software production teams, worldwide, in the development of engine technologies and games for consoles and personal computers. He created and implemented a development process that resulted in the release of 100+ AAA, AA, and “casual, family-friendly" games over 4 years. He has managed an internal development studio (35+ engineers, artists, and designers), has directed 30+ externally contracted development teams and independent content creators located all over the world, and oversaw a seven person production management department. He produced/co-designed the critically acclaimed "Stoked" open-world/sandbox snowboarding series (Xbox 360 and PC) and the million unit+ selling title, Summer Sports: Paradise Island (Wii) for worldwide markets.
Products developed by the internal studio Mr. Chiodo managed helped secure a capital raise of $12M+ (the second largest raise in the interactive industry for 2006). An investment-equity position was also struck with In-Q-Tel, a VC associated with the “lettered agencies” of the United States’ Federal Government. Mr. Chiodo has produced "serious games" training tools for the United States Marine Corps (“USMC”) and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (“DARPA.”)
In addition to full-time positions in the video and computer games industry, Mr. Chiodo has 10 years experience as an independent consultant in the areas of Production and Quality Assurance Management. He served as a Production Management consultant to SiMCare Health and Vital Sims, Minnesota-based software companies that develop “serious games” for health care providers. Specifically, these simulations have helped physicians and nurses provide care to patients who suffer from chronic disease. As an adjunct faculty member representing the Video and Computer Games Industry, Mr. Chiodo instructed "The Business of Video Games" and “The Art, Culture, and Economics of Video Games” at the Institute of Production and Recording (IPR) in Minneapolis/St. Paul.
Mr. Chiodo has built relationships and negotiated agreements with: Independent software developers, licensing agents, Olympic champions, professional athletes and sports leagues, localization partners, and toy companies. He has presented proposals to the likes of Steven Spielberg and Mark Hamill for potential interactive products based on their own intellectual properties.

Director of Operations
Eric Trelstad is the acting Director of Operations for the Company. Trelstad has been involved in the development of the Company’s operations as a shareholder and Soul and Vibe intends to formalize his role as Director of Operations in the near future.
Trelstad has two decades of operations experience in the entertainment industry, including 10 years of owning and managing entertainment production facilities. He is an entrepreneurial-minded team builder with a history of growing early stage companies into thriving operations in the entertainment market. He has applied his aptitude for studio design and maintenance to two full-scale production facility build-outs, and has overseen the purchasing, asset management, and inventory control of over one million dollars-worth of equipment. He possesses a strong understanding of employer and human resources policies, regulations, and best practices. His experience includes starting, building and selling a financial services company, as well as building and selling Noware Media Group, a digital content studio specializing in sound design and music. In the studio, he has worked with some the top talent in entertainment including Will.I.Am and Fergie of the Black Eyed Peas, Hootie and the Blowfish, Counting Crows, Nickelback, Avril Lavigne, Wynonna Judd, Lincoln Park, Brian Setzer of the Stray Cats/Surfdog, Elvis Costello and the Attractions, and many more. Trelstad also served as Program Chair of the Institute of Production and Recording ("IPR") in Minneapolis, where he invited Soul and Vibe CEO, Peter Anthony Chiodo (“Tony”), to teach classes as an adjunct faculty member representing the Video and Computer Games Industry.
Quality Assurance Manager
Tim Moravec, as an independent contractor, is the Company's Quality Assurance Manager.
Mr. Moravec has over ten years of experience as a Quality Assurance Lead and a Quality Assurance Analyst for video and computer game publishers and service providers. His rich skillset has historically applied to:
Development/execution of a quality assurance process for software applications that are deployed across multiple hardware platforms (console, social media platforms, mobile platforms, web-based systems);
Development/execution of an automated quality assurance process that enables testing staff to focus on “functional” testing VS “compliance” testing;
Direct interaction with contracted software development teams and strategic/licensed-brand partners;
Maintenance/customization of a quality control web-based database hosted by the Company on behalf of its contracted development partners;
Direct experience strategizing development priorities based on strategic and “play experience” need for games, in-development technology engine platforms, and “serious Games” training tools for USMC and “lettered agencies;”
Individual QA experience on myriad platforms including: PC, Mac, Xbox 360, PlayStation 2 and PlayStation 3, Nintendo Wii, DS, DSi, and 3DS, iOS and Android mobile devices, Amazon devices, Windows Phone, Surface tablets, and the Facebook social media platform.
